The mud-in rounded LED channels are designed for outside corner lighting. They can be flush-mounted with 12mm drywall, providing a clean, integrated look that complements drywall or plaster and eliminating visible edges. The rounded diffusers will deliver soft, uniform light with no harsh hotspots, creating an elegant ambient glow. They can work with 10 mm LED strips to effectively brighten corners, offering a discreet and stylish way to enhance the brightness of these areas. The mud in LED profiles is made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy, featuring an anodized finish that provides anti-oxidation resistance and long-lasting durability. The standard lengths are 1 m and 2 m, and they can be cut to any size to meet your needs. Two types of diffusers are available: PC diffused covers and PC semi-clear covers. They are made of brand material, are anti-yellowing, and have perfect light distribution. The inner width is 10.22 mm, which allows for a maximum width of flexible strip lights of 10 mm. We recommend installing dual lines of COB LED strips as the light source for consistent line lighting, ensuring uniform illumination without dark areas or light dots. The 180° light couplers are sold separately and can be used to connect two pieces of corner LED channels for long runs. The end caps with and without wire holes are included.
